If you are ready for a nice neighborhood that is safe & very quiet then this is your match. I have lived in Paradise Ranch since 2003, never locked my shed, have never had any issues with any type of nuisance. Sadly some people are inclined to write unfavorable reviews with different motives. We are freeway accessible, only 10-15 minutes from Valencia with the blessing of snow every year or two for a day or so. Truly a nice park.
