Terrible customer service! Pharmacy staff all seem to have a bad attitude towards their customers, even those customers that have been faithfully filling at the same store for years and only have one doctor that ever writes a prescription for them. I was actually told by the main pharmacy tech, Lisa, that she just wished that us customers would just go away and that we were her problem, as I handed her a prescription to have filled!! This month I encountered yet another pharmacy staff member that refused to fill my medication ONE DAY early and told me I'd just have to come pick it up the following day. Not a huge deal, until when I went the following day and it hadn't been filled, which required me to wait for over 20 minutes when there was not one other customer in the store. Once again, there was no apology for my inconvenience. After trying to make excuses for their bad attitudes and morale for two years now, I am transferring to another pharmacy where I hope to be treated with a little more respect and professionalism. Going to the pharmacy each month shouldn't be some dreadful and disrespectful ordeal, so long as you aren't a drug addict trying to fill a week and a half ahead of time. One or two days ahead of time is just being responsible. These people treat everyone like dope addicts. Over it.
