We've used Castle Pines Jewelers several times - for custom pieces, display pieces and loose gems. We've always had an enjoyable experience. Lacey is fantastic.

Do NOT trust this jeweler for any business at all whatsoever. I needed a VERY expensive ring repaired and my insurance company directed me here. I had to call and call to even get a response. Finally I was contacted by Lacee, the owner's daughter, and eventually set up a meeting to look at an available stone. It wasn't what I wanted... she said she would keep looking. WEEKS and then MONTHS went by I called and emailed DOZENS of times. ZERO RESPONSE! My insurance company said they hadn't heard from them at all.. and directed me to another jeweler to get the job done. This Jeweler was able to locate a stone I was very happy with in FOUR DAYS. I wonder if Jeffrey, the owner, knows that my policy would have paid up to MORE than $21,000 to get the job done.... guaranteed cash in their pocket. Like the Julia Roberts character said in "Pretty Woman"... BIG MISTAKE... BIG.... HUGE!!! Take my advice for what you will... but trust me you'll save yourself a lot of time and headaches if you go somewhere else!!

I needed to have appraisals done and was also planning on resetting a diamond. I was told to bring my jewelry in and leave it and she would work on it as she had time. Of course, I would be given a receipt., She hung up the phone before I could say goodbye. I found another jeweler.

Never planning on going to this store again. Was the worst customer service ever received. Comments from store rep were very arrogant and unnecessary. Did not respect the wishes of the customer. Would not recommend going to this store for anything!

This store is wonderful. We are very fortunate to have such a talent in our community. Jeffrey did an incredible custom design piece for me that I absolutely love. In addition, he fixed a ring of my granmothers that other jewelers would not touch. I cannot say enough about the quality of workmanship. The staff at Castle Pines Jewelers is very friendly and oh so helpful.
