These people know what they are doing!!!! If you are familiar with Eurpoean pastries then you will know these are top notch. There food is also great!!! I have never had anything bad at Dream Pastries. I would recomend Dream Pastries!

Never, Never, Never will I ever order anything from this bakery again. I ordered my son's baptism cake, it was so bad I had to purchase another one at King Soopers cause I refused to set it out for everyone to see. Just heads up if you read reviews notice the date. The taste was horrible, the cake was dry and the filling was nasty. NOT WORTH THE DRIVE

We have never tasted anything from Dream Pastries that was not good. It is even great to get an assortment of wonderful pastries and take them to a friend's house for coffee.

Fabulous pastries, breads and sandwiches. Cakes and petit fors are wonderful. Expensive, but worth the cost for something special.

I have very picky tastes when it comes to desserts. There is nothing I could find to satisfy me until I found the Dream Pastries bakery in Castle Rock. The have wonderful desserts and I recommend trying their Opera Cake. If you tasted any pastries in Europe, ask them to create it for you and you will not be disappointed.
