I have been going to Dr. Raffa for a while now and I have never had any problems. I have seen the review that was written by the other person on numerous other sites which made me want to write this. Dr. Raffa and his staff have been nothing but supportive and helpful to me. When I have came in for my appointments in the past I have seen their secretary work hard trying to help people find who their vision insurance actually is and if they have any. They back their products both glasses and contacts. I highly back this office and saw nothing to support the negative claims on this and other websites.

I was a patient of Dr. Raffa's for over a year spending over $1000 on numerous glasses and contact lenses. None of these was satisfactory. I finally had the glasses examined by a Kaiser Permanente Optometrist with the result that they were completely inadequate - in some instances, not even matching the correction prescribed by Dr. Raffa. When I requested only half of my money back, Dr. Raffa refused, nor did he offer to correct the glasses. I am seeing another optometrist (for the past two years) and am completely satisfied.
