Provided by YP.comThe office staff is helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable. Dr. Kleinart takes her time to understand fully what is going and never makes you feel rushed, she genuinely cares about her patients. The facility is easily accessible, clean, and they use advanced technology. This last part has made it incredibly easy to schedule appointments, fill out documents, access records, and communicate with the doctor herself. Through the portal, I’ve been able to email with Dr. Kleinart directly with questions or requests. The hours make it really convenient to get in around my work schedule.

Provided by YP.comIf there was a 0 I would opt for that. This place has a clear sign that says "Urgent Care",but if you need care urgently, DO NOT GO HERE!They turned my 10 year old daughter away when she was throwing up constantly. They said they couldn't take anymore patients.Aren't they supposed to treat patients up to their closing time? They close at 8pm & we were there before 7pm&they turned my daughter away.Sure they might say they were at capacity, BUT why post "Urgent Care" on the sign if you are going to turn people away. This place should be ashamed of themselves. The physicians should be ashamed that they are authorizing the front desk to turn away patients.Urgent Care facilities who show compassion&who are truly in business to help people accept patients up to closing time. This practice&its physicians are obviously not interested in giving care to those who really need it.I called to complain&they said the urgent care is for their patients.THAT IS NOT POSTED ON THEIR SIGN ANYWHERE! Horrible!

Provided by YP.comI liked this place when I first started with good quality care. But then... I was asked to come in to give feedback for a medication I am on so they could relay my progress, experience, concerns, etc. with the pharmaceutical reps because it is newer on the market. I did what they asked, came in, and discussed all those things about the medication. I went to the front desk after my visit to ask if there was anything else I needed to do/pay/etc. and the reply was "No. Nothing." so I thought all was sorted, until I received a bill for an actual appointment. I have no problem paying for my appointments when they are actually a medical appointment I requested and not just for "How's it going on this medication?" I did not request the appointment but am now being charged for it. It's like being shown the dessert tray, NOT ordering a dessert but having to pay for it at the end of the meal because you looked at the desserts. Ridiculous! I tried explaining the situation to the office manager many times and what did I get in return, no sympathy, no willing to work it out, no compassion, and no apology for their mistake or for not explaining to me to begin with what I was to expect regarding the required appointment but a certified letter (so impersonal and coward) stating that I should find another Dr.s office because they feel there is too much communication breakdown between me and my medical provider. Really? I didn't make the mistake/issue but am not only being charged for it but also being asked to leave. They did all the things wrong regarding this issue but are trying to put the blame on me. Shame they can't step up and take responsibility for their mistake, lack of communication, and making sure the issue was resolved positively with me, their patient, the customer.

Provided by YP.comThe wait time is ALWAYS extremely long. You can watch the staff all eat at their desks, including medical staff. The walls are very thin, so you can hear what all of the other patience are there for. The doctor's do not take much time with you or your children. They basically have you pay a co-pay so they can refer you out to another doctor. I would not recommend this office to anyone.

Provided by YP.comI've been to other urgent cares and i sit and wait for two hours without a single patient being called, and all the while watching the staff walk around talking to eachother and feeding their faces. Founders is always moving patients in and out, and while sometimes yes, there can be a wait, the service is excellent! Ive never been to another urgent care where you can sign in and have them call you when its your turn so you don't have to wait in the office!
