Gene's is my family's go to shop. They treat women the way they do anyone else. There are no hidden price markups and they give you a very accurate quote to begin with. I will never take my car anywhere else.

I have been doing business with Gene's Muffler since we moved here to Castle Rock in 2002. I had tried one other shop only to find the pricing and service to be very inadequate (charges me $45.00 to glue my rear view mirror back on! South Street Automotive glad the are out of business) Gene's has always treated me fair, worked with me when repairs were out of my budget, top notch mechanic in Andrew Kiss and I will never go elsewhere with my vehicle. It is very difficult to find a shop where you can trust the pricing and work done and they stand by their work! I would recommend this shop to everyone...including Mom.

I called several of the well-known chains and Gene's to compare prices on getting a true dual exhaust set up on my truck. I went with Gene's because the price was the best. I explained exactly what I wanted in detail and got a quote. When I picked up the truck, the setup was only single piped, not dual. I had to take the truck back to get the other pipe put in and was charged double the original quote because he said he misunderstood what I was asking for. At the end of the day, the cost was much more than the big chains. The only response I got was "I don't think they could do the same thing we did for that price." Not an excuse! The work was good, but I paid much more than what I was quoted everywhere else, and the original quote was not honored. Beware, if you get work completed here, get the quote in writing and explain yourself in great detail.

Note: The work was done well and the technician was very nice, but the price was VERY WRONG!!!
