My son had put a container of oil in the trash can that the trash guy took out of the trash can and threw it on the driveway breaking open . Now I have oil on my driveway and brick wall. called the office multiple times over the last week with no return calls. customer service is horrible.

We have had issues with our trash being left. There is a supposed "10 bag" per week limit. Which now includes your household dumpster (4/5 bags they say) and 4 yard bags. We live in Larkspur, and twice a year we have at least 10-12 yard bags due to pine needles and yard waste. Waste left at the curb without any explanation. Service representatives are rude and reluctant to have remaining trash picked up. Added fees for "excess" garbage is an issue. Unacceptable.

This company has the best route people that always take all my trash no matter how many extra bags and containers I have. They will always take my large items without any problems as long as I call and tell them ahead of time. The customer service people answer immediately and are just a pleasure to talk with. Thanks and keep up the great work!

This company does not know what customer service is. They have very poor route performance and do not respond to customer calls in a timely matter.
