Communication is the most significant problem with possibility of waiting 24 to 48 hrs for response through phone or on-site mail. Secondly a lack of specialty/expertise for my primary health problem, creating requests for tests/procedures that are not indicated, and perceived threats to my receiving adequate care and or medication if I do not comply with provider requests. There is a history of provider(s) not listening, with bias or lack of knowledge. It is important to note that prior to 12/2019 my primary care provider was most aware, empathetic and caring.

I feel they are proactive in my health care.
