I had a Saturday appointment which they canceled due to “doctor scheduling issues.” I rescheduled for the next Saturday. The office is very small, crowded, noisy and too bright. You need earplugs and sunglasses here. There was nothing to read except trade magazines and the wifi is blocked so I couldn’t use my phone. After waiting twenty minutes there were still people ahead of me waiting for eye exams. I walked out because the place was so uncomfortable and unpleasant. Seriously, the optometrist office at WalMart looks quieter and more comfortable.

I used to go to the old Perle Vision office on the other side of the interstate. It was much better. The management at the new office seems to think your time is worth nothing. If they are running that late, why not call and tell me to come in half an hour later? It seems that they maximize utility with bad customer service. Would not recommend or ever go back.
