In my 67 yrs. of going to the DDS, my appt. on 7-15-15 was the best ever. Dr Butch & Loretta seemed to have 2 goals- make me comfortable and provide me with the best crown ( I have many) ever. From a pillow for my neck, a painless process, and a follow up call from Dr. Butch a couple days later, I am a truly satisfied patient. From Hillary in the front office to the professionals in the back, this is an office that truly cares about me. I would highly recommend them to anyone wanting a very pleasant trip to the dentist and his staff.

The dentist and staff are wonderful to deal with. My kids really like the way the staff has fun with them and they look forward to going back for their check ups. I also like the fact they dont chanrge an arm and leg for my check ups.

Seriously, dont waste your time or money here. The dentist is "just" an employee of the company and doesn't have a vested interest in the business. They don't care about your teeth like a dentist who owns their own business does!! My family went here a few times, and we will never go back. Just ONE example of the incompentence… my son needed a 'flipper' after he got his braces removed, and I was told by his ortho to go to our dentist to get one. I did that… here. They told me they couldn't make one! They sent me to an oral surgeon!!! My son is 15, and too young to have a tooth put in surgically, as his mouth is still moving. I had to pay an additional 45$ to have the oral surgeon tell me that (information I ALREADY knew), and to have him tell me that Perfect teeth COULD make him a flipper. I go back to Perfect Teeth… THEN they tell me, "yes, we can make a flipper." WHAT?? Get it together people! My family will never go here again. Waste of time and money. They have no CLUE what they are talking about. The staff might be nice, but that does matter when there is a lack of knowledge. We fould an AWESOME dentist in Castle Rock. Look around, save your sanity!
