I recently visited Castle Rock Petsmart, went back and was watching the groomers and witnessed one of the groomers screaming at the dog she was working on.I understand they prob dont stand still all the time but do not think that justifies the treatment I witnesed the poor dog recieved.She was yelling loud enough that I could hear her through the glass and no one seemed to have a problem with it.If thats what happens where people can see and hear I wonder what happens in the back where you cant see or hear whats happening to your dogs or cats.Maybe petsmart needs to take a long hard look at their groomers because people like that, should not be working with animals of any kind and should find a new line work.I would reccomend that you never ever take your pets there for anything.

I recently relocated to Castle Rock. After contacting several groomers, PetSmart was the only one with openings the same day I called. As soon as I got there I felt at ease. Vonnie groomed my Mini Schnauzer just how I asked and she did an outstanding job. She was very friendly and someone I felt compfortable leaving my baby with. I would recommend their grooming services to anyone.

In the past I've taken my dog to companies that specialize in Pet Grooming. I decided to try Petsmart for the convienience. They did an outstanding job in just a few hours
