Terrible costumer service!!! I called to order my nursing pin and the lady confirmed the school that I was ordering from. So after that she said in a very sarcastic and unprofessional manner "you guys are keeping me on my toes today. You guys have known about this forever, I mean you guys are going to be nurses you better get it together!" I felt very offended when she said this but i just nicely apologized. She continued with the order and towards the end of the order she repeated "you guys have known about this forever come on" So at this point I did have to say something... so I said "in our defense we just got this email about ordering the pins less than two weeks ago, so no we have not known about this forever!" So she just stayed quiet and continued with the order. This was definitely a humiliating experience and I have never had that kind of costumer service.

We would like to commend you and your staff on the great job of photography and video on our wedding. You went above and beyond in quality and service!

I want to Thank You for the beautiful Family Portrait of my family that you took. It arrives today and I am very pleased. You do excellent work and I would like to commend you for it.
