I have been a member at every gym in Castle Rock, and THE GYM is by far THE BEST value for your money! The place is spotless, the equipment is like new (plus they just bought a bunch of new equipment), they now have an indoor pool & hot tub available, the tanning bed always has new bulbs in it, the classes are AMAZING, the instructors and personal trainers are the MOST knowledgable I have ever met. Chris Hanenburg is a former State Ms. Fitness Colorado! The new owners bought all new cardio equipment, they have a huge warehouse facility that they run CrossFit out of. I can't say enough about this place! Their locker rooms are always clean, they have showers and lockers and new yellow towels!



The best thing about this place is the people! The staff is awesome! Some one is always available to help you or answer your questions, and I NEVER have to wait for a piece of equipment!! Check it out!

Shannon and Spencer are amazing instructors! The GYM has a 2,500 sq ft warehouse gym with all brand new crossfit equipment! They have a bunch of classes and best of all the crossfit gym is open ALL DAY LONG!! I highly recommend it! This is the REAL DEAL!
