Provided by YP.comI have never lived at the Links, but I had actually wanted to, until I had a horrible experience with the office staff. When I first walked in to take a tour, the leasing agent rolled her eyes at me and reluctantly grabbed her keys. After the tour, I was so in love with the complex, that I filled out my application right on the spot. Within the next 2 weeks, I had to call the office at least 5 times to check on the status of my application. It was always one thing after another--I always wonder what would have happened if I HADN'T given them a call myself. On my last attempt to speak with a manager in person, I went into the office (after being told earlier that day that she was available) to let them know the troubles I had been having. Upon arrival, I was then told that she was not available and to come back tomorrow. I asked to make an appointment, but she was reluctant in giving me any of her contact information.
All along, I knew that the staff was "new" and "in training," and that was fine. It was the way they treated me--I left the complex in tears after my final visit, as she was extremely demeaning and rude. I was the most pleasant person to work with, but her attitude was too much to handle.
PLEASE be weary when attempting to rent from this apartment complex. The building is okay, but not worth the emotional troubles dealing with the unprofessional staff.

Provided by YP.comThis apartment complex in run by incompetent people. When we moved in, the apartment wasn't ready. They were still cleaning it. And when they were done cleaning it, it needed a good deep cleaning, as they did a terrible job. Our list of problems on the move in report was at least 3 pages long. They stated they would be corrected, but only 2 or 3 things were ever done. We went without an oven for 2 days, because the maintenance crew broke it. The manager hangs out with her boyfriend in the office, and does not properly manage her office staff. There have been multiple errors in our paperwork. The apartment is not well insulated, so we constantly here the 2 year old upstairs jumping and make noises so loud it sounds as though a bowling ball is about to come through the ceiling. We have had a member of the office staff witness this and she stated that it was indeed very loud, however, they couldn't do anything about it. Run away from this complex. It is not well maintained and appears to be much older than the stated year of 2000. There are so many other places from which to choose. Last week there was a fire that someone started on the property in the middle of the day. We are thrilled to be leaving next month!
