Was very unimpressed by the shop. Many of the items in the store are very worn and stained. The racks are so full that I was unable to look at the clothing. When I took the items off the rack, I have a hard time placing them back on the rack due too many items hanging. I think one of the worst parts was the incents/air freshners that were used in the store. I have no allergies and I do not have asthma, yet I had a very hard time breathing due to the odor being so strong. It took a minimum of 20 minutes to get the smell away (nose and clothing). The place was just not kept up and not clean at all. I went in at the beginning of September but they had sale ads posted in numerous rooms for March, April, May, June and July. That had been my 2nd visit in two years. Now I know why I hadn't been back. If anyone is needing a 2nd hand children's store in Castle Rock, I would stick to Phaze two.
