OPEN NOW - Closes at 7:00pm

Terrible customer service. Their business hours state that they are open until 7:00pm during the week days. I pulled up to their store @ 6:55pm. Their employee watched me walk up to. The door while she was locking the doors. Because it was not 7:00 yet. I started knocking on the door because she was standing right there. She just turned around and left. I am headed out of town very early in the morning for a business trip and was unable to retrieve the clothes I dropped off to have cleaned, because of their extremely lazy employee. I would drive miles out of my way before I ever use them again. Worst service in castle Rock.
