We hired Scott Burbank to replace our lawn with drought resistant landscaping and are thrilled with the results! Scott did the design himself and spent a lot of time measuring and determining which plants would work best for our space. Scott was very knowledgeable and patiently explained everything to us, sometimes multiple times :). We had applied for both CA State and EBMUD lawn replacement rebates, and Scott worked within the parameters set by those programs. Scott and his crew were professional and efficient during the 3 days they completed the landscaping work. They also helped us replace our sprinkler system with drip irrigation, it saves a lot of water and is easy to use. The results were a total transformation of our outdoor space and it looks great!!

We hired Scott Burbank to do the installation work for our lawn removal project in June 2015 using a design prepared by Landible, a local landscape architecture studio. We replaced our entire front and side lawn with low maintenance, native plants that require minimal water. Scott was wonderful to work with. He is a great communicator and promptly responded to all of our questions. He is reliable and honest. He has a ton of experience doing landscape design, installation and maintenance. We particularly valued his expertise regarding Netafim (super efficient micro drip irrigation). He proposed creative solutions for how to best implement the plan in an efficient manner. His estimate was accurate and he kept us involved in any changes along the way that would impact the cost so we could weigh in on how to proceed. He has a strong commitment to high quality work. I highly recommend him.
