Stay away from Pam! Great shop for the 65 and older crowd but it you have long hair and want it layered, FIND SOME PLACE ELSE! I lost 12" of my hair and was left looking like a cocker spaniel with fluffy ears and no layering and it cost me $55.00. Went back and asked to have it fixed the next day. Pam wasn't there and someone else tried to fix it, and couldn't. I went on vacation and came back asking for it to be fixed. Pam tried and kept saying I can't cut your hair with layers and was pulling it out by the knots that were caught in the comb! Then she charged me another $30.00 for her to try and fix my and and all she did was the same hair cut but another 4" shorter! In my opinion, I paid $85.00 for my hair to look so bad I don't want to be seen in public.
