I am a patient of a doctor that this company supports and the staff is wonderful. They answer all of my questions and take all the time I need to understand the paperwork from the insurance company. Using a separate company for billing is a new concept for me and I was a little worried about the service I would receive but I was pleasantly surprised. The doctor and office staff is able to tend to me and my needs as a patient and the billing office is able to tend to my billing needs without a lack of service from either side. If only my eye doctor would use this company for their billing!! Attention doctors: use this billing company, you will not be disappointed

Our office has used Liberty Medical Billing for the past 7 years and have been extremely happy with the services. I am the manager of a busy medical office and I am happy to report that with the services of LMB, I do not have to answers phone calls regarding bills, claims, and EOB's or any such questions which leaves me to give total attention to the patient.
