We are very disappointed in this company. They basically decide what they are going to fix or not and it doesn't matter what condition that your home is in. The picture above is one of our walls. Mind you, the home is only 6 months old. While settlement issues are normal, I doubt if its normal to have your walls coming apart as such. This will not get fixed until September (because they denied fixing), at which time I am sure will be 10x worse. If you are buying a new home and this is the warranty company, you may want to go with another builder.
