The woman who performed a fitting was very pleasant and helpful. She indicated the correct brace would be ordered and called a few days later to say it was being ordered. Four weeks later I have yet to receive a phone call. My call to them was answered and immediately thrown to hold for several minutes without so much as a Hello. After being told "One second" I was once again on hold. Disappointing barely describes my feelings about their lack of customer courtesy. The final word - after one month a simple brace still isn't in and they have no idea why.
