DO NOT go here for alterations! I took my prom dress here to get taken in and hemmed, and the hem was fine (good, but not great, some tiny threads out) , but there was a stain on the front that was not there before, a HOLE in the side of the dress, and he altered it in a way that it bunched around my midsection in a really unflattering way (and you can see that it bunches oddly while it is still on the hanger). They did a terrible, sloppy job and I am never taking anything of value there to be altered again.

Okay, so I took my dress back the following morning and told them my complaints, and they fixed the dress for me. They got rid of the stain (slightly messed up the design on the dress but the stain is gone), the hole is fixed and not visible, and they corrected the bunching of the fabric. They were quite helpful and eager to fix their mistakes. All in all, after having to take it back and wait a couple days, my dress is just as I wanted it, but we went through a lot of trouble to get there.
