Provided by YP.comI ordered my furniture on Feb. 13th from the Catonsville store. My furniture was delivered on March 7th. When I got my furniture yesterday I had no mattress with the order. I was told by the dispatcher from the delivery company that there was no mattress ordered. I called the store and spoke to Kendal he told me that who ever put the order in did not make note that the mattress was suppose to go with my order. He called me back and told me that I had to wait until Monday to get the mattress delivered. He said I would get $50 back for my inconvenience and that is most that I could get. I had to take off work yesterday to get my furniture and now I have to lose another days pay to stay home again to get this mattress that was never with my order. I called corporate office and they said I couldn't get a sooner delivery then Monday because all the delivery days were booked. I asked if I could go to the Catonsville store to get another mattress. I was told yes but I had to pay the difference for the new mattress. I will never order anything else from this place. I am a single parent that now has to lose more time from work due to Regency's mistake and taking the money from my kids. this company has made it seem like it was my fault. we still have no mattress to sleep on because I got rid of the old one. this is poor customer service. they don't want to work with you or make it better. they keep inconvenience me even more.
