There are a few nice aids in the rehabilitation wing but the nurses are nasty to patients and neglectful ! Items were taken out of my grandmothers room and they neglected to dress her for therapy yesterday! They also left a mess in her bathroom for 3 hours!! Complained with little response.. Next step is a complaint to DHR!!!!! Cannot WAIT to get my grandmother out of there !!! BUT... The PT and OT staff is AMAZING!! Love them!!
