I recently moved out from the Nunnery lane apartments and they suck. especially when blue ocean took over. they will not give no one a break with late rent they are total asses and that's why I moved out. their properties aren't that nice they are small and for 1100 dollars a month they are not worth living in there. do not move to nunnery lane, and they also have let paint poison, mice, and cock roaches.

In the short time I have lived here (6 mos.) I have dealt with three leaky pipes, cockroaches, mice, black mold that just won't go away, repairs that get started but never completed, unresponsive management, and more. This has been a terrible and depressing experience. Don't make the same mistake I did. Keep looking. You'll be happy you did.
