I bought a bed online that was delivered to this store and is getting delivered to me. It was scheduled to arrive today. I was supposed to get a text 2 hours before it arrived. 4pm rolls around and I haven't heard anything so I call them to see when it's coming. They say the earliest they can get it to me is Saturday. If I go online and track my order it says it will be delivered today. I never received a call. Their manager on the phone agreed that they never tried calling me. So now, I took a day off of work for the bed that was a gift for my wife, and I just finished disassembling my old bed for an hour to put it in the basement. My wife will be home any minute. And we don't have a bed. And won't have one for four nights. And all I got was about 80% of the delivery cost ($135) refunded to my account. All I needed was a simple call yesterday or even this morning saying my bed still wasn't at their store and the earliest I would have it was Saturday and none of this wouldn't have happened. Poor organization. I hate to say it but this is what I've come to expect from business in Baltimore.

The in store experience was great. The sales person was pleasant and helpful. HOWEVER, now, after I paid for this bed for my 91 year old mom who was sleeping on a sofa. The delivery process was hap hazard and unpredictable. They say one time and the truck would try to deliver at times way off the indicated time. It took three delivery attempts and many phones for my mom to finally get a bed. The worst
