These guys are the greatest ! I recently moved into town and had a part replaced at the local GMC dealer - major rip off ! - so was looking for a better option when my brake warning light came on. Had noticed this repair shop and decided to give them a go at it. They checked my brakes with no appointment and gave me several options for correction. They took me into the service area and SHOWED me what was wrong. We mutually agreed on what was a safety factor and what was optional. They did the repair right then and I was on my way. Very nice people who actually CARE what they do. I will definitely return to them for ALL my car service as they do just about everything as far as service and repair.

These guy's were honest and top notch, took me out and showed me what was wrong with my car even though I had the slightest clue of what I was looking at. I was in the lobby for a few hours and I over heard the staff with customers throughout the morning, seemed courteous to all customers and they seem to have lots of praise from loyal customers. I highly recommend this place, honesty is hard to come by.

We had a Brake Job done at Pep Boys a month prior and we started getting a squeaking noise when we applied the brakes (Not Badly). So we brought it to this Brake Masters for the Free Brake Inspection, after 20 minutes Mike came to tell us we needed a Complete Brake Job. They gave us a Estimate for $450. Mike said we needed 2 Rotors and New Ceramic Brake Pads. They also checked the rear and said they needed to be adjusted for $40. They said the rear was 20% worn.



We brought it back to Pep Boys and they checked it out and fixed it in about 15 minutes. Seems the brake pads were sliding and causing it to squeak. They put sum kind of brake glue on the back of the pad and it stopped.

If you want Honesty from a Retail Business DON'T bring it to this Brake Masters.
