Pleasant sales people and handled my tire replacement on timely manner. The one complaint I have is my wheel now has small scratches on outside rim that wasn't there when I brought my new car in for service. Tire technician should be more careful. I have expensive wheels on my car that were factory installed.

I brought my vehicle to this facility and was given a quote of $90.00. The mechanic then called and said it would be $300.00 instead of the $90.00 I was quoted. When I called two other Fletchers Tire they quoted me $60.00 for the same service. I called back and they agreed to do the service for $90.00 which I approved. In addition to the diagnostic test I requested that they check and set the timing. I was charged an additional $90.00. Bottom line...the vehicle ran worse than it did before I brought it in to have it serviced. Now it won't even stay running when I stop. When I brought it back they refused to work on the vehicle but would not offer me a refund. They said they were too busy to deal with my vehicle.
