Several nice dinners. Unpretentious decor and relaxed environment. Staff has always been quite friendly. Food is excellent and wine list is nice with some fine things and popular priced choices. Had three dinners here over the last year. No disappointments. Always recommend to friends. Jack McCarthy

Not What it Used to be....if you like awful service stop by!



My parents swore by this restaurant before the owner turned it over to new management. We stopped by with the intension of getting lunch and then doing some window shopping on Christmas Day (2012). Well it took 15 minutes just for the waiter to come by and get our drink order. We were ready to order and when we tried to order our menu items were scoffed at by the waiter that he was only taking orders for drinks at that time and off he went. We waited another 5 minutes or so and finally took our order. We had the scallopine veal and Vichyssoise (cold potato soup)....which was okay if you like cold potato soup. The veal was satisfactory but he gravy tasted like it was out of a can (seriously!). With a bill for $85 including a $15 dollar tip I never felt so ripped off. Avoid this place like the plague.
