I don't normally give out 5 star ratings, but this company deserves it! I'm a trainer for a trucking company based out of Tennessee and we had a stall at a redlight coming off the interstate near Cayce, SC and the airport. The officer who responded to help called M&W Towing. The guy who came out was there in a matter of minutes and had the kind of "adapt and overcome" mentality I got used to in the Corps. I appreciated that and the quality of service provided; it's not easy (or every day) when you have to pull a loaded semi through and intersection to get it started, but this one went smoother than you'd think! Settling with my company's breakdown service was painless, professional and smooth, too! If I ever need a tow-start, or am down here for personal reasons and need something, I'll definitely be calling M&W first.

AWFUL business!!!! After my car was totaled, I was told I could only get medicine and house keys from my vehicle (which made no sense). When I attempted to get school books and a few other personal items, a guy named Tony pulled a gun on me. He chased me to my other vehicle where he pointed a gun through the windshield at me, my sister, my mother and my children. It was a terrible ordeal. Be warned if you choose to do business at this TERRIBLE place!!!
