We had a great experience with BHC when they sprayed our log cabin. Brandon came out and offered expert advice. I had to be out of the country while they did the project which made me wonder what I would find when I returned. We could not be happier with the result. Everything was done to a very high quality and the workmanship was outstanding. The project was completed on time and exactly on budget. Brandon is hard working and honest. Thanks for an excellent experience!!!

This builder made several costly mistakes starting with underbidding the project requiring it to be redesigned. This cost me $900 to have the architect redo the floor plans. Then he "forgot" to put in the footings for one whole side of decking requiring a delay. He poured the foundation including the positioning of plumbing incorrectly since the tub I told him I ordered was a different size than he had the plumber plumb for. This required him to have to cut into the foundation and reposition the plumbing. The house was finished 6 weeks late due to several mistakes on his part. He does not follow directions or requests of his client who is paying a very heavy amount to have a custom home built the way they want it and NOT the way Brandon thinks it should be.

Currently, starting 1.5 years after completion I have a leaking front wall with damaged plaster, wet carpet and who knows what's going on in the walls. This builder refuses to fix the issues even after five of his own peers have said it's the flashing (his own employee saying that if it isn't the window it could be the flashing). The window rep put in writing that the windows are sound and this is a "major structural defect ". Brandons response (and I have the text to prove it) is that it's not his problem because his one year warranty is expired. So, in effect he feels 1.5 years is plenty long enough for his work, costing $400k+/-, should last. No integrity, poor ethics and absolutely no professionalism.
