Stay far away from this office, not only are they in it for the money, the patient does NOT come first; the money does!!!

They have a big problem when it comes to billing insurance and nobody likes to pay more than necessary.I'll never go back there just for that reason.

My insurance messed up and it showed my coverage started and ended the same day. I said my wife came in early that week for a differnt doctor and didn't have a problem. They told me I had to be an additional $70 out of pocket on top of my copay. That makes sense. What doesn't make sense is that once I had the corporate office on the phone to verify I was covered and it was their mistake they refused to talk to them, and said they would send the claim in the next day. Weeks went buy and they never did. I had my insurance call them and then they faxed my claim over. I was told checks were cut on a certain day of the month and it would be ready then. It wasn't and when I called that day, they don't know why someone told me that. They said they still can't pay me until their paid. I argued that they aren't pay for other patients visits when their insurance is verified on the phone until weeks later and they argue thats different because of the initial mistake. Im married and work in a hospital full time and go to school full-time, my pregnant wife can't work, and I'm still $70 short on my already tight budget, thanks! I'll never bring my family back there.
