I was greeted as I came through the door with a friendly,"Hello" Welcome to Joann's. As I was searching for an item a friendly associate helped me find what I needed. The lady cutting fabric told me of additional items that were on sale that I might be interested in. It was a wonderful experience and I will be going back often.

Unfortunately I have to echo the concerns of the two previous reviewers. Young, zero charisma man at register ignored me for a full minute before looking up to check me out. No wonder I was the only customer in the place!

St. George, here we come...

Worst craft store in southern Utah. Couldn't find what I needed, couldn't find any associates, and when I did find them, they all were standing together gossiping about customers. When I asked for help they were very rude and, without attempting to look, told me that what I needed they didn't have. Found it in St George. I'm sure not all of the employees at this store came out of Mean Girls but the ones I talked to certainly did.

Worth the drive to go to St George and try a different store. This one has had the same inventory since opening day. The employees and managers are often rude and don't seem to know much about anything much less crafting.
