I went in one evening wanting ice cream but not knowing what to expect. Needless to say I was intrigued by the gigantic stainless steel tank near the counter. It was a slow night and I was the only customer for about 10 minutes. The young man behind the counter explained the selection process, pricing, and the process of making the ice cream. He was very personable, knowledgeable and patient as I took my time deciding. The ice cream was tasty, the experience pleasant, and I would certainly go back. It's not cheap, but it was a good overall experience.

I really love their ice cream and have been a very loyal customer until now. I've cream is good, but service as of a couple weeks ago is horrible. New staff is really immature teenagers. I called and had to wait for the girl to finish laughing before she would help me. I go in and they are flirting with each other, and pushing each other. Horrible vibe now. Will not go back in.
