We sold laser parts to infinity laser in 2014. till now we have no payment or anything else. no answer from eric or justin.
they sign the delivery but they don´t pay their invoices!
please check out they have a Ebay shop too and there they change the account name from Infinity Laser to justinvoigt1978 on the 2nd of August.
Don´t do business with them! you only loose money!
they owe us 16.500€ nobody can trust them!

We own a Med Spa and a laser center in Lutz Florida. We were in the market trying to find a Medlite C6 laser for tattoo removal. I found Infinty Lasers on the web and contacted Eric Jackson their rep/vice president in early May 2016. He promised he will deliver the laser in 1 week. I wired him the money on May 5th 2016. We still didn't receive the laser. I have a long trail of txt msgs from him. One day he has the Flu. The next day, Freight company has a flat tire. Next Crate was damaged and affected one of the laser sensors... The same pattern continued till today. in last 48 hrs I lost total contact with Infinity. I would get their voice mail only.

I contacted the BBB and will contact the Attorney General office. I will seek legal service as well.

Be warned and don't come close to him. He will sell you sweet talk and get you nothing

This guy Eric is a scammer. I ordered my laser and he made excuse after excuse and never sent the machine. He then agreed to refund the money and this too was a lye. Just like the previous reviewer, he sounds sincere, but don't get fooled. A major con-artist. Stay away from this business.

Pl don't deal with this trader

We made the mistake of dealing with him last year ? Jan after we saw it listed on eBay

Since then machine never worked even for 1 time

We were promised that our money will be fully refunded if machine doesn't work

For while 1 year Eric the owner kept on saying that he will make all right

After waiting one year we asked him to refund as he promised

First he asked for wireless account

Then he kept on saying he has sent the money so we kept on checking daily for 1 week

Then he kept on promising that he send it and that he is sending someone to retune our money and pick up the machine same time

Another 3 months passed by

After multiple calls emails

Last week he agreed on phone that he is returning money in one day after

It's been one week now and yet to get any money from him

He sounds sincere and honest when you talk to him but that's not the reality
