Just care about $, not the client!

I have been getting my hair/wax services at Kate's On Main for almost one year now. As a loyal client (no bill under $100, purchasing styling products regularly), the owner and manager never gave me that VIP attention. For example, my suggestion to lower the upper lip price ($14, which is the same as an actual brow wax) was completely ignored. They had the attitiude of "Ohh, she'll be fine with it." Whatever happened to listening to your loyal customers?! Also, I had made a full body wax appointment, showed up on time, and guess what.....???? They had no waxing sticks to use, so I had to just go back home. As compensation I got a measley $5 of $7 dollars off my next service. I felt soo angry and just taken for granted. My stylist who is very talented and sweet left the salon because the upper management treated her unfairly, and actually scolded her infront of clients! In my opinion, go to another salon and you will be treated much better.
