I signed and faxed a contract to have my tree taken down. I left the check taped to my door. Baumann calls me at work and says his bid was too low and wants more money. I declined stating the bid was binding since both parties agreed on the price. He said he would do the work. I came home the tree still stands. I have the check but Baumann left me hanging. I had to get another contractor. Baumann thinks he can back out of a signed bid I have been told otherwise by home advisor. I have made complaint to home advisor and BBB. I assume his reputation was worth the $1000 it would have cost him to do the job. Considering there are hundreds of damaged trees left after the storm 7/13/16 plenty of work to go around for months. Make sure Baumann reviews any bid he makes. I do not want this to happen to anyone else

Great service! Great price! Mr. Baumann arrived on time to remove a large tree that was threatening our neighbor's house. He and his crew removed the tree, chipped up the smaller branches and limbs, ground out the large stump, cleaned the area where they worked., and left us some stacked firewood f or the fireplace! We will recommend Baumann Tree to all our friends and plan ton using them again in the future!

I can highly recommend Baumann Tree LLC. We have had two pin oak trees trimmed several times in the past 26 years, and each time the trees are larger and the job is bigger. I wish I had found Mike Baumann back in the 80’s! After submitting several online requests for bids, Mike was the first one respond. He came to meet me to review the job and explain about how and where we should trim back our trees. He was the only one of my online submissions to do so. His price was right in line with the others, but I chose Mike for his professional demeanor and expertise. He came today to trim both trees after calling me yesterday to remind me of the day and time. Mike and his crew were professional, polite and cleaned up every piece of debris. After he was completed, I requested an additional branch to be trimmed and he did so without hesitation. I will certainly recommend him to others and use him again in the future.
