I have recently moved back in my old trailer do to a buyer falling through. Moved back in on November 1, 2017. Since I work in St. Clair I didn't worry about getting the keys from them so I got a P.O box in St. Clair. 2 weeks before new years me and the wife decided to have them change the locks so we can have are mail go back to are house. ( we have private subdivision so boxes at beginning of road) Any ways they said we need proof so we provided it. Month later we still haven't received the keys. Her excuse is its to cold to change them so I told them to take my mail of the holding list and forward it to my P.O box cause I got tired of waiting. She said we have time so to call once a week to see if they got it done. Here now as of January 29, 2018 I have to show proof again cause I have to cancel my P.O box. We live in cedar hill but work in St. Clair. Now we are being transferred to high ridge office. The lady is down right rude and treat's her customers with disrespect. clearly not professional

Another rude encounter at the Cedar Hill post office! She decided to close early and when I knocked on the window she yelled through the door that they closed. The hours are clearly posted and the clock showed the time 11:20 It wasn't 11:30 yet! How can they just close early!? And be so rude to customers!

Rude and LAZY! I have never dealt w/such arrogant people who work for the postal service! Very poor customer service skills and the carrier is even worse!
