I ordered a family crest image on 7/21/23 and it has been almost two months and I never received it. I have emailed them twice and called, but their voicemail is full, so I can't leave a message. The phone number listed on their Facebook page is not valid.

Read the reviews on the Better Business Bureau website. One person paid $500 and received nothing! If there is a legitimate delay, a business should just email the customer or at least respond when the customer contacts them!

I don't know if this is a scam or if they just don't care about their customers. Either way do not use this company!

Great personal service with attention to custom made items. Everything is handcrafted with most or all of their products made in the United States.

I ordered a simple file of a family crest on The Tree Maker's website (listed under "Emailed Coat of Arms - $19.95). They were supposed to email the file within 3 business days. This was not a product they would have to manufacture... just a high quality jpeg of the crest... shouldn't take too long. So I gave them 3 days and decided to email on the 5th day. No response. I have called multiple times, get a voicemail every time. I have left multiple voicemails, and multiple facebook messages, no response whatsoever. So they took my $20 and have not sent the file that I purchased, and will not answer any means of contact. Looking at other reviews of this business, including BBB complaints, it is clear that this business has a track record of doing this. This business might possibly even be just a scam... taking orders online and never sending them, and ignoring all contact. I am making complaints to my credit card company and this company's payment processor. It is astounding to me that this company is in business, I truly cannot believe it. DO NOT BUY FROM THETREEMAKER.COM!!!

They do not return phone calls, take money as soon as order is placed, yet do not respond to request for order status
