Oops!!! We had a problem!!! Visited Cinemark 14 #5 on Fridayt, Nov,7, 2014 at 10:26 for "Interstellar". After a couple of hours we began to "itch". At first we ignored, but it became distracting. My wife caught an insect and placed it into a cup. I took it to the "ticket taker" and we discovered it was BED BUGS. They covered my jacket. I went to bathroom and shook them off, found dozens on my shirt, and several on my T shirt. I cleaned up and went back into movie and discovered an infestation on the seats and on my wife's clothes. We shook them off in front of employees, who did not know what they were. We made a report about 1:00 PM. They said they will close the theater, but didn't, there was about 40 min. left on the movie. There is more history and are waiting for resolution. Note: They opened the movie #5 for Sunday shows. Summary: Cinemark 14 NEGLIGENT MANAGEMENT PRACTICES resulting in VIOLATIONS of Cedar Hill City and County Public Law Health Codes, causing damages or other causes of action to the injured consumers. We bagged our clothes, etc.....Overall experience was really disappointing !!!

A really nice theatre and they keep it very clean. Proud to have it in our town.

The theater is always clean and the stadium seating is great because everyone gets a great view.
