This has got to be the best in Cedar Hill that I've used. Been very happy with the service and wouldn't change to another. They're my to go to Dry Cleaner!

Cotton Clleaners should not be in business. management staff is not professional and does not take responsibility for damages caused in their cleaning process. I had a black jacket cleaned and it came back with a huge iron burn on the sleeve, I was told they did not do it and they do not make mistakes. Over a ten year period I have spent more than $5,500 in cleaning costs with this cleaners. They are arrogant and non-responsive to their mistakes and damages. They loss me as a customer.

i took 6 shirts in to have the patches on the front removed and gave specific instructions not to remove the patches if they could not do so without damaging the shirts. picked up the shirts and all of the shirts were runied , and the test shirt i gave them to try was the only one not touched so they ruined the shirts i need and left the one i dont at 29.99 per work shirt i and out 150.00 for 5 dollars worth of work !!!! i mean really !!!!!

DO NOT USE THIS CRY CLEANERS! My husband and I recently moved to Cedar Hill. We spend about $50 a week on dry cleaning. I had a brand new shirt that I'd only worn twice. They burned it under the arm seams. When I took it back they refused to accept responsibility. We will not be doing business with them again. Very rude and unprofessional. I'll gladly take our business and our money elsewhere! They do not deserve any stars!
