Unlike all other Dickey's I have been to.Here you place your order at the counter and are served the food at the table.When I went I was not served on a plate but on a plastic sheet.I had a Rib plate. my wife had a sliced beef sandwich.The Ribs were undercooked and had to be knawed off the bone and did not taste like BBQ at all.My wifes sandwich was so tough she had to clamp down on it with her teeth and tare the bites off.We showed this to the Manager and he offered us a coupon for a free meal.We declined the coupon and told him that the food was not worth the trip.
