Great customer service the food was nice and hot. Only negatives were all the taco shells were almost completely broken and no mild sauce even after she confirmed it. Nevertheless one of the best Taco Bell's I've been to in a while.

DO NOT go to this Taco Bell, they do not deserve your business. On the evening I posted this review, I visited this Taco Bell at 7:30pm and saw a decent sized line in the drive through but nobody in the lobby. I decided to go to the lobby, and found all the doors LOCKED. I used my phone and obtained the phone number for the store and asked why the lobby was locked. The person who answered the phone's response was that they were shorthanded. As a side note, I was there two weeks ago and spent 30 minutes in the drive through with the same reason given for the wait. I asked why there isn't a sign indicating this, and they said that's why they locked the store, and then asked who I was. I said I was an annoyed customer, who is no longer going to patronize their location. The response was "That's fine, there are thousands of Taco Bell stores across the country you can go to." That pissed me off enough that I told them I was calling corporate. As I was getting the phone number from a sign inside the door, two of them came out to "look at me" (if they're shorthanded, they interrupted things just to do that.) So they could hear me, I yelled saying that I was calling corporate and they decided open the door to argue with me. As it turned out the corporate contact phone number was closed. I will be calling corporate tomorrow, as the people there were RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and INSULTING!
