We purchased all of our tech equipment from them because of their sound advice, plus they offer high-end equipment at very competitive pricing. Their technicians provided us with flawless equipment installations, and their service and support team keeps us up and running strong throughout the year. On more than one occasion their IT monitoring process has identified and corrected issues before we even knew we had a potential problem. At times they simply let us know that we are running low on printer toner. When the need arises for immediate on-site support our experience has been that a technician was on location in our office within an hour. Matthijssen, Inc truly understands the meaning of customer service. Everyone in the organization makes you feel like you are the best customer. MATTHIJSSEN is not a name that easily rolls off your tongue. But we remembered them from past experiences when our own accounting business opened in 2003 to satisfy our copier requirements. Matthijssen is THE full-service solution. From products (toner, computers and other equipment) to network installations to systems consultations? The team at Matthijssen has allowed my one-person IT department to provide service to my entire company. I have been approached by other companies and I would not even consider switching. Matthijssen is the best!

Too pricey. I think they focus on large corporate clients who can afford their fees. Service was okay, but not worth the charges. Next time I'll shop around.
