Provided by YP.comdo not go here... they over charge you up front and delay your refund once the insurance pays them. On top of that they are in network with my insurance so they should not have charged me until after they got payment from insurance.

Provided by YP.comStay away from this surgery center. Dr. Lopatynsky and eyemd did my cataract surgery there and her group told me that the surgery center would be covered by my insurance as in network. Guess what. It was out of network and now this surgery center is sending a collection agency after me to collect the out of network charges. Stay away from this surgery center.
