RUDE

DON’T REFUND OR EXCHANGE EXPIRED PRODUCTS WHEN RETURNED



After living in Cedar Knolls my entire life and shopping at Super Saver Liquors (although over-priced), I was treated like dirt by the owner this past weekend. I bought a Mini-keg (worth $22) and after opening it at home it tasted terrible. I looked at the bottom and there was an EXPIRATION DATE of JUNE 2012 (It was JUNE 2013 at this time). I brought the mini-keg back not even worried that they would not let me exchange it for an UNEXPIRED mini-keg.

Instead, the owner made me "call him" because he was not in the store. Over the phone, he said that he would not refund my money. That people try to "treat" him like this all of the time, and he was being condescending and rude. After arguing on the phone he told me that he does not want me back as a costumer. WHAT DID I DO! They sell expired products and do not refund the customer- even for an UNEXPIRED even exchange.
