DON'T GO HERE! 2016 RAM 3500 DIESEL OWNER: I was advised to go to Bobb Chrysler, RAM, Jeep, Dodge by Chrysler customer care due to the fact I have major paint defects on my black metalic truck. since the first visit to this deplorable dealership I was given the run around. when I tried to complain to Jeff, Jim and Paul in upper management I was disrespected and pretty much ignored. Jeff the extremely overweight General manager was upset because I bothered him while he was stuffing his face with a oversized submarine sandwich. What a slob, and his country fried wife Tracy whom works at dealership was not much help either. They can't even act like they care because of the fact they're such deceitful bandits. Whomever said there's no honor amongst THIEVES doesn't apply to these horrible people at Bobbs. My recommendation is Go to Taylor Dodge in Bourbonnais Illinois or Thomas Dodge in Highland Indiana. See Jamie in service dept. at Thomas, he treats you like a customer and most importantly a human being. STAY AWAY FROM THIS DEALERSHIP AT ALL COSTS!
