I brought my boat to Georges to have a 10' section of rub rail installed as the original was cracked. During this process it appears that while removing the rubrail they gouged my gelcoat with a screw driver. If I could put pics up I would. Well I thought this may or may not have been caused by them lets give them a second chance. Needless to say this was my second mistake. My trailer needed some repair which their staff indicated would not be a problem. So to do the repair I had to switch my boat over to a trailer that I borrowed. Georges had mine for 3 weeks! Each time I would call to check on the progress they said "I will call you back in an hour to give you an update" They would never call but when I would call back they would string me along saying they will take care of the repair and it will look better than original. Needless to say I call a final time and they tell me we are not capable of making this repair. I agree Georges is incapable of providing customer satisfaction.
