My wife needed a power chair because of a stroke. We have Blue Cross Blue Shield Texas insurance and BCBS wouldn't cover a penny of the cost. Kellye called five other suppliers, her competition no less, to see if any of them accepted BCBS Tx. None did. She was able to save us some money by advising that with a physician's orders for the power chair we wouldn't
have to pay 8.25% sales tax.

I gave Ms Kellye the wrong address for delivery and she was very understanding and had it delivered the next day to the rehab facility.

The power chair was delivered by a personable young man, who went through the controls several times before our first test drive.

My wife had an ear to ear smile with her first test drive in her red power chair.
